Tracks did not work with my train. Returned for refund

The appearance is gorgeous, and they have the features for the room that I want them for; totally what I've been searching on the internet for hours. Honesty about unboxing will not match pictures. I can see how some people might expect the pre-fluffed appearance out of the box

I ordered an LED Christmas Snowflake (order *******) but got a Snowing-Musical X-Mas Tree instead?
Put in ticket #******* and was refunded, but am worried to try and order the snowflake for fear that my order will be messed up again.

I received the 2 boxes I ordered after waiting over 2 weeks. One box worked the other didn't light up at all.

Item arrived with no cord to power. Also top plastic was damaged.in several places. I called got prompt reqpomse and new item shipped. No cord again and top damaged in same exact three places...I can only assume this was a problem with manufacturing defect and they bought damaged. I said the heck with it and did not call again.

Price and or Shipping cost seems high for this item snd shipping speed not mentioned
Rediculous return policy. Will never shop there again. I did not get my item until almost Christmas. The tracks were too small and could not return

The ordering process was easy. However, UPS delivered the second part of my order to the USPS. The USPS delivery person left my package at the foot of my front stairs IN A POURING RAIN STORM instead of leaving it on the top of my stairs under the eaves. The packaging was destroyed and one of the candelabra boxes inside was damaged somewhat.

Chose Christmas Central after reviewing several other locations, including Bonner's in MI. Website very easy to navigate. Very large selection and generally lower prices. Trees arrived in days and in good condition.
