Item easy to find and competitive prices. My delivery date changed a few times as UPS handed the package to USPS and they tend to deliver packages only when so inclined to do so.

I ordered 2 24 inch lighted trees and 2 18 inch trees. I received the 2 24 inch trees but not the 2 smaller ones. After a couple weeks I had to call and inquire about the 2 smaller trees to find out they were out of stock. I was not notified I wasn't going to get them nor was I reimbursed until I made my call. After my call I was promptly given credit for the items not received.
The prices for the size and type of faux trees were perfect!
The items were not as described on the website. The lights on one item were not LED as advertised but were incandescent which was not what I wanted. The size of the angel was smaller than listed and the lights did not work, However, Christmas Central was great about refunding the purchase price for it.
I ordered a piece without verbally confirming the dimensions.
Received the full order within a few days with no issues at all. Will definitely shop at Christmas Central again!

Unfortunately, there was not enough spacing to maneuver the lights to place them where I needed them. I really need 5 inches of space between lights, and there was barely 4. The return instructions would cost me more than I paid for them, so I didn't return. The set of 20 on Amazon had only 2 inches of space between bulbs, so I ordered from you thinking maybe they would work.
I ordered TWO 24" white table-top trees with multi-colored lights. When my ordered arrived, I received one tree as ordered, and one white tree with PINK lights. When I called, they were all out of the ones with multi-colored lights. Their shipping goof caused me not to be able to get what I odered!

My first initial purchase only provided an email "Welcome to Christmas Central!" that provided a link to login in and create password. That is fine but I would have liked the email to have included my purchase invoice. My second purchase 20 minutes later (prior to my setting up a log in) had included my 2nd Order number and information. I found that this email with the 2nd order info will NOT print correctly from my Yahoo email, using a Firefox Browser.
After I set up my login to Christmas Central, only my 1st order shows up in my account. My 2nd purchase that used IDENTICAL payment/shipment info, does not appear in my account.
So easy to shop this site. I received the order and had put it away with other decorations. So sorry for reporting it as not being received.

We did have some issues in November/December 2015 following a large snowstorm (7 feet of snow) that destroyed our warehouse, but since then we have completely rebuilt, plus added a new warehouse system that has eliminated many of the issues.
