These are employees and probably some pics are also false. They have no intention of verification. The site asks you not to send personal contact info unless you receive and send 20 paid transactions. Sounds like Capitalism/communism partnership where people have no rights to talk in privacy as everything is scanned. Personal info removed or your picture girl is fake anyway.
