Margarita national day 2-22-26, ordered the patron special. Was drinking pleanty of super sweet syrup frozen. No tequila patron taste whatsoever. Asked them to take it back and explain why. Ordered a top shelve Ice tea, same sweet syrup and no taste on any of the 4 liquors it normally consist of, ask the waiter if it was top shelf, she said yes. She then got me the manager and I explain again, she said she was going to have it redone with less syrup. Tasted better, not great. Why would I pay top dollar for top shelve to be given syrup instead. You guys keep on getting bad reviews and you will eventually loose your clientele as you just lost me.
The Brighton, MI location used to have great food. Since covid you cannot get a burger cooked correctly. I have spoken to a manager and the staff the last five or six times that I have ordered. The burger is either completely burnt on both sides or one side. I ordered this week and the burger was burnt on one side and well done as opposed to medium rare. And, I ordered chicken nachos and there was no jalapenos and no cheese! I checked the order before I left and asked the employee about the cheese on the nachos and she checked with the kitchen and I guess they ran out of cheese. I said well there's cheese on my burger and so can you give me sliced cheese and I proceeded to put the sliced cheese on the nachos myself at the restaurant before leaving. The service here is just not good, as well as, the food anymore! It's really sad because Chili's has the best burgers! And amazing fries. I just don't know what to do to get their attention so they can improve their service and their food!
I recently had an unfortunate experience at Chili's that has left me deeply unsettled. I decided to try their Triple Dipper platter, excited to enjoy a variety of appetizers in one go. Little did I know, this meal would turn into a nightmare.
The platter included a selection of mozzarella sticks, boneless buffalo wings, and southwestern egg rolls. Initially, everything seemed fine, and the food tasted decent. However, later that night, I began to feel extremely unwell. Nausea crept in, followed by intense stomach cramps that were unbearable.
In the dead of night, I found myself rushing to the bathroom, where I ended up violently sick. The experience was awful—vomiting everywhere and feeling absolutely miserable. The next day, I was still weak, shaken, and fearful of what had caused this sudden illness.
Reflecting on this ordeal, I can't help but associate it with the Triple Dipper platter from Chili's. It's devastating to think that a meal meant for enjoyment could have such severe consequences. Food poisoning is not something to be taken lightly—it's not just about a bad meal, but the potential health risks and trauma it can cause.
This experience has left me hesitant to eat at Chili's or any establishment offering similar menu items. It's a shame because I used to enjoy dining there. Now, the thought of returning brings back memories of that awful night and fills me with apprehension.
In conclusion, I hope my review serves as a cautionary tale. While many people may have had positive experiences at Chili's, my own encounter with the Triple Dipper was nothing short of a disaster. Take care when dining out, and listen to your body's signals—it's not worth risking your health over a meal.
So, I placed an online order, drove all the way down there, went inside to pick it up, paid cash and I was not able to get my food unless I left at least an 18% tip. There was no other option but to leave either an 18,22, or 25% tip... that's it! YOU HAD to tip or the transaction wouldn't go through, even on a pick up order, you picked up yourself! Really? This tipping culture has gotten out of hand. Chilis, if you refuse to pay your workers a living wage just say that. At any rate. I have been an avid consumer of chili's for many years. I've always loved their ribs. I will no longer be going to a restaurant that makes you pay to pick up your own food. I don't mind generously tipping if I've had good service while dining in, but if I'm just picking up an order I don't think holding my food hostage until I tip is good business practice. While I know Chilis won't care if they lose one customer. I believe someone needs to stand up to their bs. By the way this happened at their cortaro location
So we ordered a fajita trio to be delivered amongst other items and we get a fajita duo with no chicken and scant shrimp this was my favorite restaurant we always go there n they didn't want to fix it either so sorry to say won't be there anymore
The to go server was horrible and made up lies about me stealing the free birthday dessert told me she couldn't sell me anything and for me to leave the restaurant disappointed. Please tell her to $#*! off and I want to kill her if I ever go back to the Nigeria Falls Blvd Chili restaurant again. I will bring a small gun and shot the skinny yellow haired white $#*! if I ever see her again.
I avoid Chilis most of the time because of negative memories of previous visits. After going today I realize it always involves avocados or really a lack of!
There was maybe a teaspoon of avocado on my chicken, avocado bacon sandwich. Now I remember the last time I went over a year ago (different location) I was disappointed for the same reason.—about a tsp of avocado on a salad that featured it as an ingredient.
Do all Chilis just order 1 avocado per day to use as sparingly as possible!
I doubt I'll go back again ever!
I had ordered a steak that was supposed to be medium rare, which was medium or more cooked. It was awful. It was the worst steak I ever had for the money I had to pay.
I purchased 2Surf & Turf back on the 29th of Sept, I ordered them both Well done, when I received the meals, both Steaks were bloody and the side veggies were undercooked as well, and it looked as if someone ate part of the Shrimp off both plates, there was suppose to be a Dozen Shrimp on each plate, but 1 dinner had 4 Shrimp and the other Dinner had 6 Shrimp. I asked for a refund for this, but Chili's refused to refund me my money back because I didn't take a damn picture of the food. Well Chili's, everybody don't think to take a pic of everything, and at that moment, I wasn't thinking about taking any pics, I was too disappointed to see my food was rushed and undercooked, and I paid $95+ for both meals, my husband grabbed the meals and took them immediately to the kitchen and re-cooked them. All I ask if for my money back for the poorly served meals, now it's looking like a court battle is about to begin, because I'm not about to throw away a hundred bucks, I'm contacting a Lawyer from small claims court. I worked all week just to buy my husband and myself a nice meal from somewhere we both were excited about eating, and it comes under done. I for one don't believe that I needed picture proof that my meals were undone, this is unlawful. See you guys in court soon.
You have lost us as customers. You used to be a place that my spouse and I could both get a meal, unlike other chain restaurants like Guy Fieri's, Olive Garden, etc. where everything is prepackaged, and to make anything gluten free and vegetarian you just get garnish, because the meat was the bulk of the dish. I have Celiacs and an inability to eat meat due to AGS. I even have to take pills to eat cheese. I typically order the bottomless potato soup, w/o bacon, with a garden salad, minus the croutons, but was surprised today after I had drank half my margarita that this is no longer an option after 4pm. So, I refused to order something to just get garnish. The waitress advocated for us, after all, my husband was ordering a huge steak. The manager let me have a one time order of the bottomless soup and salad, but this still means I can't eat at your restaurant again, and won't. We have eaten at your establishment at least once a month for as long as our local Chili's has existed, but clearly discrimination against people with food allergies is the new Chilli's. And, no we will not be eating supper before 4pm. You were a go-to place when we traveled too, but this need to cut corners and the only options that work on your menu for my allergies, says it all. You only got a few stars because the waitress did her job and advocated for her customers. We appreciated that, because I was going to watch my husband eat and get something to eat at Tropical Smoothie on the way home.
Purchase the steak. Ate 2 bites and stop eating. No concern from bartender/waitress. Ordered wings was charged for everything. Unconcerned of why I did not eat tough steak with cold mashed potatoes. Come on chili's we've got to do better than this.

Or maybe I went there on the worst night.
They were not very busy but it was evident they were short staffed Our food was warm not hot I ordered the Ultimate Cajun Pasta it looked delicious but the bread was cold the other dish was not hot just warm with frozen sour cream the knife in one of our utensils packets was dirty We ran out of drinks so by the time our waiter stopped by to ask if she could get us drinks to go we were no longer hungry and just asked for a to go box along with our refill drinks Our table was sticky and the floor was absolutely disgusting not kidding After I got home I heated up my dinner and to my surprise I'm very glad I brought it home because the first bite I almost took was a sharp piece of plastic in it So my stomach was upset from that point on My food went to the garbage along with my $48 I spent However my waiter did get her hefty tip even though she was 98% absent
I ordered my food online was supposed to be ready at 2 I sat outside waiting for 10 minutes called inside the guy told me he was waiting on my food to get ready I sat outside food 20 more minutes before I got out and walked inside I demanded my money back the manager came to talk to me he told me it would be 5-7 business days before my money would be returned so let him go check to see what was going on with my food for him to go in the back and my food ready just sitting on the side I would not recommend going to chillis on ******* City Station Drive I'm just getting my food it is now 2:41
How does Chili's stay in business? We ate at the restaurant on Hamilton Mill Road in Buford,Georgia last evening. At the first glance, the place appeared dirty. The servers wore sloppy t-shirts and were not sociable. OMG! The food was awful. We ordered 3 dishes and they were all of poor quality! The quesadillas were overcooked! The boneless wings were all crust and very little chicken. The chicken tenders had too much breading and very little meat. We will not return.
Ordered from chilis curbside I was theee 3 min early but when they brought the food out it was terrible
Tonight, we ordered a dinner from Chili's Morrisville for us and our kids. I ordered through the Chili's app (I want to specify that it was their own app, not any third party or delivery company app) on my phone – the same order that we usually make to be delivered. We paid for the order including food, delivery charge and driver tip. It should be noted that there is no delivery choice on the Chili's app; it has only two options – curbside pick up or delivery. When the order came, it was missing the kids' food, so I called Chili's trying to get it re-delivered. The lady on the phone said that I ordered through Door Dash and that I should address any issues directly with Door Dash. Chili's doesn't care and wouldn't do anything. I didn't order through Door Dash. I ordered through the Chili's app. I didn't even choose Door Dash. But the lady on the phone at Chili's didn't care, she just repeated her mantra that I ordered through Door Dash. Then her manager picked up and said almost literally the same thing. Stymied by the fortress-like brick wall that was the idiocy of Chili's' staff, I called Door Dash. Silly me. They said that because I ordered through Chili's, they couldn't issue a refund. Only Chili's could. They also refused to re-deliver because Chili's wouldn't pick up the phone when Door Dash called, and they refused to try again. Both Chili's and Door Dash suggested that we drive over and pick up the missing food (while the delivered food was getting cold and the kids were hungry). Alternatively, Door Dash could send a request to Chili's for a refund (no guarantee though). All we wanted was to have a nice family dinner. I've never experienced more atrocious service, more apathetic responses, or more colossal stupidity in my life, and I've had a pretty fulsome life. Fair to say that next Friday, we will be ordering elsewhere. Chili's clearly doesn't care about their customers, and they refuse to provide even a modicum of customer service. There are plenty of other options to choose from.
I had the worst server ever! She was so rude and inattentive! When my child tried to order she just blankly stared at her. So I repeated what my child said. After she just stopped checking on us we ultimately got the manager and left!
Today I was at Chillis 3215 Southwest, *******. I ordered a rib eye for $25. They served me a pink, tough, tasteless meat. I called the manager and he showed me a raw piece and I assure you that it was meat from another animal, less than beef. The rib eye is tender (loin), intense red, marbled, very soft, very juicy and full of flavor. Be careful, suddenly it's unhealthy horse meat.
I got this the night before my flight because it was the closest fast food to my hotel. I woke up with a horrible stomach ache. I constantly had to make bathroom trips on the plane and waiting in the airport. Almost my entire vacation was ruined because around 7 out of the 10 days I had this stomach virus. Do not eat this food because it is literal poison.
Today we celebrated our Grandmother's 89th birthday. We had a party of 22 people. The waitress was wonderful & very nice. The food was great. We will be returning. We were in the Newport News VA location
