This company has to be one of the worst I've ever had to deal with. Their morals and knowledge of business needs work. Quite frankly if they keep going the way they are going and treating people the way they are treating them. They will eventually go bust. This website is meant to be a website for you to find trustworthy childminders. However, they don't do any checks on them and quite frankly the entire site could be seen as putting your children at risk. I've some bad experiences on here. I did think it was just because the area I had moved to was a bad area so childminders here are not the best. The company is just awful.There are reports about bullying coming from their site. Not just from childminders that have registered on here but from them also when the bullying has been reported. This has happened to myself but looking at reviews from other people they have also experienced this. They didn't treat me very nice. You say anything about this company at all and they will make bad stuff about you to deflect the attention from them and onto you so no one will believe you. They have been discriminatory towards me on several occasions and went as far to tell me I'm imagining being bullied when I have the biggest pile of evidence. Most of it coming from their website. They don't deal with complaints in a professional manner either. Everything is dealt with in a way to shut you down and avoid accountability. They have tried to intimidate, manipulate me on many occasions and when it hasn't worked and they spit the dummy out. This company are not trustworthy and neither are some of the childminders on their website which they won't do anything about.
