When I made a ticket for my item being too big and requested either a simple exchange of a different size (w the mail back of the original) and/or refund. Would not resend another and only offered the 1-st time 10-%, the 2-nd time 30%. But I paid 100% for that item. Thats the dumbest crap I ever heard. BBB is next. Thats ridiculous.
