Easy to complete my shop, but items were not of a decent standard. Badly sewn, poor quality material used.
I ordered 5 items and was only half satisfied with one. The printed blouse had two buttons missing. Shoes was VERY POOR FLIMSY quality. 2 rompers were also not quality expected and threads were getting loose on them. To make matters worse, when I requested a refund they insist on me keeping the items that I have no use for and they'll refund me 10% of my $98. I said no and then they said 20%. At that point I realized they had the upper hand because I started to think I might not get back my money even if I sent back the items so I agreed on the latter deal. I just know that I will not be ordering from this site again.
All good so far, have only ordered 2 items buy satisfied with them have ordered 2 more nut not received them yet

The ordering process was easy. The shipping was really slow and the the tracking was sent with no movement for at least a week.
Waited to long for the top to be delivered. Therefore that has put me off ordering again.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
