Love the items love the merchandise, just a long wait

Very satisfied with the dress my granddaughter love it it took three weeks to get it but that was OK it was a birthday gift

My delivery was good unfortunately wrong sz 40 instead of a 38

Took ages to arrive, I'll fitting except 1 item, taking ages to get refund, never again will I order from here

I've ordered a couple of pieces from this site, but I don't immediately try on clothes so, according to customer service representative Vanilla, I couldn't even exchange an article of clothing even for size.

So I recommend buyers try on their pieces immediately so you don't miss the 14 day return policy.

Shipping time took too long. The dresses look great on the site but I am not impressed with the quality.

I ordered 5 items and was only half satisfied with one. The printed blouse had two buttons missing. Shoes was VERY POOR FLIMSY quality. 2 rompers were also not quality expected and threads were getting loose on them. To make matters worse, when I requested a refund they insist on me keeping the items that I have no use for and they'll refund me 10% of my $98. I said no and then they said 20%. At that point I realized they had the upper hand because I started to think I might not get back my money even if I sent back the items so I agreed on the latter deal. I just know that I will not be ordering from this site again.

All good so far, have only ordered 2 items buy satisfied with them have ordered 2 more nut not received them yet

All 4 went in the bin such poor quality
