Item took over 3 weeks to be 'delivered' but even then I haven't received it! Said it was delivered but I haven't seen it and all I have been told is to take it up with Royal Mail and was offered a $5 voucher! Won't be ordering from here again and certainly wouldn't recommend to friends!

I still haven't received my order that I ordered on 12th November! I ordered in plenty of time for my works Christmas party which has gone now so I've been let down. I paid insurance so I would be able to have a refund if anything was to happen and they won't refund me my money! I won't be using them again and I won't be recommending them either!
