I had to email customer service twice to find my order. It was sitting at the same location for over a week.
Needed to return my item, text messages went back and forth, negotiating my refund, as advisers didn't want to give a full refund only a percentage.
Once agreed on refund they sent me a label to return item, I couldn't print nor could the post office, adviser told me to go to another post office, still wouldn't work, so I still have the item. I will never use this site again.
