Poor sizing, missing labels on product, no paperwork in package with info on how to return if issues. Love the look of so much stuff on this site but if you're over a size 12 not much point bothering as it's doubtful you will find something to fit even if the label states it's a large size, an extra large didn't even fit my size 10 friend I gave it to properly
Poor goods not good description. Terrible customer service. Still awaiting refund after being offered 10% then 20%. Being told I could keep goods which I didn't want. It went to 30%. I was eventually sent a return label. I posted them back. Sent them proof & still awaiting refund.
Garments received were disappointing as was the level of service when I attempted to return them. I was offered a 10% refund and could keep the garments. Not much use!

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
Answer: I agree. Order one size they send the wrong size, and when you call them out on it, they lie and say the size they sent is correct it's just too big, as though I don't know my size! Especially when the other items same size do fit!
