Chicane fell into my lap - by accident whilst visiting a book sure. Who wants books when tuu can buy kivektmy clothes?

I purchased a ruffle blouse, it was really poor quality and didn't fit properly. I asked if I could return it for a refund. They eventually agreed after loads of requests. I paid £21 for it but only got £12 refunded. I asked for an explanation and was told that they don't refund the shipping costs from them sending the item out to me and me sending it back to them. What a waste of money that was and the article was cheap and nasty too. Don't use this company, they are awful to deal with. Horrible clothes and really bad after sales support.

This was going to be the last time I ordered any clothing online. Quick delivery beautiful products. You will be getting more of my money

All items in my size, fits well, good communication.

Everything was to small. Just was disappointed. Bottoms didn't come all the way up and pants should have been touching the floor they were capris and the bottoms wasn't all the way on.

In short, the dress was too small so i asked firstly asked for a returns label to which i was offered a discount of 5% which i refused. This went on for severel emails and even though i was willing to return the item this did not seem to be the normal way of doing bussiness.

Overall the delivery took too long, and the quality of the finishing touches of the outfits is not good. The fitting is okay but if you just want a one time party outfit it's okay.

Too big, and they wouldn't accept a return. It took me a long time to figure out how to return them. Then, they said I couldn't return them.
