Every item I have ordered has been perfect and great quality lovely colours and very reasonably priced I'm so happy with all of my purchases

I purchased two items which were the same size as started on the size chart. One dress fit, but the other didn't. Trying to return this item started a negotiation conversation with ChicMe offering percentage options rather than sending the item back. Eventually after numerous emails, with me stating that returns should be accepted as you don't have the option of trying on different sizes to make sure the style of dress fits, I had to return the product to the USA at my cost which was more than the item. I will never order from this site again

The top I ordered was a Small, but was way to big for me. The material was see-through, so I would have had to wear something underneath it if I was able to wear it.

Easy ordering experience & fast delivery. The product came as it appeared in the pictures & that's a BIG PLUS for me!

You order stuff that looks great online. It arrived and it's cheap material and far too long. You try to return like they say you can. You get several messages back to try to persuade you not to return £5 off next order and keep the items, 20% off next order if you keep the items. You finally get the go ahead to return the items and receive a partial refund where they've deducted quite a bit for postage. Stick to Shein!

Bought four items and was happy with three of them. The fourth one the fabric was a little more see-through than I like and the fit ran small. I'm going to return it I found out I had to pay for the return shipping and that is OK. In the alternative, they offered to let me keep the item and give me 10% off. Obviously that does not work with a $25 item that doesn't fit

Sizes are not that obvious from one article to another one. Would like to return an article but there are no documents to organise my return:-(

Postage takes forever to come pictures always look lovely when products arrive the fabric is poor

As above the 1st time I us u they was no tracking but every other time there has been. Will continue to use chic me.
