On both products that I purchased the straps were very weak and the size is smaller than other Shoes that I have purchased. They do not fit well.

I received all of my order and was disappointed. I sized up on everything knowing it would all run small, and I should have sized up a couple of more sizes. The one top with the crisscross neckline did fit, but it is horribly made, and has a seam down the front. It looks like I have it on backwards, it has four seams, one in front, back, and on each side. I won't order again. I was very excited to get my order, and it wasn't worth the wait.
It was fun and adventurous to order this type of dress.
I like some of the items I see on chicme, I just wish they would fit better, offer more flexibility in the material, and you need to be careful that the garments are sewed well, put together well, noticing strings and things.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
