Top was crumbled up, elastic round shoulder was bent and didn't lie on the shoulders properly. Chose size according to website size chart but was too small.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
