Waiting for order that was delivered on time but left outside well hidden l have to say as l didn't see it. No delivery card or email to confirm delivery. Had to get in touch with customer service who sent me a photo. Also the website didn't add the discount that was advertised. Customer service very unhelpful in that respect. Will not be using them again. Quality of clothing not great.

Overall not bad, but there is a uncertainty when you make a purchase because the quality of the item may be poor/cheap. Which turn out to be a waste of money. However occasionally I happen to get some good pieces. The uncertainty is a major issue for me.

I don't like that it was assumed that I wanted to return the item for a refund. I never said refund, and yet the 1st thing some emails me and says is "we don't accept refunds I would only get 10% back upon my returning the item". Terrible people should ask more questions

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
