It's the 2nd time I've ordered from this website - 1st order was brilliant. 2nd order - i ordered 7 items and everything in small sizes as previous order but had to return 4 things as the first were not good and the material on one was terrible. Trying to return was a nightmare, even though I had asked every time to give me the return address and full refund they kept coming back with silly %discount offers and saying take the discount offers and keep the clothes? Why would I do that - they didn't fit and I was owed £71. So customer services need to stop sending an email everyday for 6 days and also stop been persistent with asking me to take the discounts and just do full refunds when i specified at the start. I have posted the items and they have been recieved today so will have to see how long it takes for be refund to hit my bank?! As this was not answered directly when I asked in the emails It gets credited very soon

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
