These sandals are absolutely beautiful I bought them for my wedding, I've tried them on they are really comfortable and I can't wait to wear them at my venue.
I have usually always been happy with ChicMe. The products are nice and unique. Delivery can however be longer than I like but is always received in nicely packaged bags. Only twice I have not been totally happy with items received but overall in the past have been very pleased.
So far so good, just didn't know I had to pay custom duties on top of everything else paid for.

I spent hours finding the perfect items for my vacation and for my son's wedding and I was completely disappointed. First off, the delivery was much longer than I expected. Because of this wait I had to buy other dresses from another company to ensure I had them in time for my trip which cost me more money. I don't like the return policy or your customer service. You make it so difficult that people just let it ride and never return items they can't even wear, that isn't good business. I will never purchase anything from your company again and I will give it a poor review because that's what I got poor quality, poor material and poor service.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
