Ii had an issue with the shoe size. It seems that everybody reviewed the shoe sizes as fit right, but to me they ran small. Customer service worked with me and went over and beyond for me. I was able to return the first pair and they sent me a better fitted size. It was a great experience and I had to wait a few more days to get my shoes but it was worth the wait.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
