Easy to shop. Good delivery time. Items are nice but the materials used could be of a better quality

I was satisfied with the sale and delivery service from Chic me, just not happy with the product, lesson learned to check the material first, the dress looked cotton but wasn't, I've not tried to return product as from overseas

I love the styles of Chic Me. My favorite dress is one I ordered from Chic Me. But it's hit or miss. I ordered four items in my last order

Item was badly creased did not resemble the photo it was a disappointment

After spending over $140, I was only satisfied with one item! I was only offered a $4 refund on the items that were defective or did not fit! Will not ever order with them again! Took almost 3 weeks to get my order just to be disappointed.
