When one item in my first order was too large I was disappointed they wouldn't allow return but grateful I received 20% refund, better than nothing for the price.

This site is a scam. They refused to issue me any information on how to refund and we're trying to shyster me into excepting 10%. The quality of the items was horrible and they were sewn improperly. I thought that "chic me" was a legitimate clothing brand. I am new to ordering things online but I do know quality and it took several weeks to get items and the season is over! But more so, the fabrics were very cheap and you can see through them and they were not sewn properly. I have given up trying to get a refund and I'm sure they love it. I'm giving away the clothes that can even remotely be worn I will never use them again and I will only order American made products to the best of my ability.
I am new to your site. Would love to see more photos of clothing and more description. This is my FIRST time shopping with you and I look forward to experiencing success and good quality. Also, sizing is so difficult for me. I am a petite, I am older and not much of an online shopper and a little nervous about it. So thankful I can return things that do not fit.
This was a great experience and there where lots of nice clothes on this site and I enjoyed shopping I really wanted more but I was on a budget with and upcoming trip the order was shipped timely and packaged very neatly I will continue to shop on this site.
