I purchased a nice outfit in July 29 we are in September now customer service is fine why does it takes so long to ship out it been a month someone please help here what's going on is this normal for the long wait.

I ordered these for my girlfriend. Both items I ordered were as pictured and decent quality. The top was better quality than the jumpsuit but overall they were both nice. The shirt sleeves were a little big due to the size needing to be bigger to fit the bust but they weren't so big that it looked bad.
Every clothing item I have ever received has been extremely poor quality.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
