AWFUL... WANTED TO RETURN 3 ITEMS BUT WAS ONLY OFFERED 30% REFUND THEN 35% AND THEN 40% AND NO RETURN OF ITEMS - IT WAS A FIGHT I SERIOUSLY DIDNT NEED WHEN WEBSITE STATES THEY ACCEPT RETURNS... FINALLY THEY RELENTED AT A COST TO ME... STILL AWAITING FULL REFUND AS RETURNED LAST WEEK BUT NOTHING SINCE...,. WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND I WILL TELL ALL ON MY EXPERIENCE

I purchased a nice outfit in July 29 we are in September now customer service is fine why does it takes so long to ship out it been a month someone please help here what's going on is this normal for the long wait.

I didn't pay much but the styles are really cute. I didn't expect great quality. I was surprised with the items that were too small. The quality was better than expected. The items I could fit such as the lipstick and drink sort set isn't. I'm also not clear on returns. I'd give the experience a satisfactory because the items arrived in a timely manner.

I ordered in June and a month later I got a confirmation email saying thankyou for your order in July.

Although this item is cute looks nothing like the picture on the website the colors are completely different.

I ordered these for my girlfriend. Both items I ordered were as pictured and decent quality. The top was better quality than the jumpsuit but overall they were both nice. The shirt sleeves were a little big due to the size needing to be bigger to fit the bust but they weren't so big that it looked bad.

Every clothing item I have ever received has been extremely poor quality.
