I placed an order 2 weeks ago. I didn't receive a confirmation email, tracking number or my merchandise as of today. The only thing that was verified was the money leaving my account the night the order was placed. Definitely believe it's a scam and will be putting my dispute in in the morning.

The blue button down shirt was two sizes too small and I ordered an extra large which it was an extra large but it runs extremely small

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
