The order takes forever to be delivered and my latest order been over two months and haven't received it yet.
Ordered two tops for New Year's Eve, I ordered weeks before but they didn't turn up in time. There's no return info so had to email them what to do. They came back with if you keep them we'll refund you a percentage of the cost. I said no I just want to return then they came back with a higher percentage which I said no. Finally they sent me a postage label to send the stuff back and took £11 off my refund for postage.
Poor. Delivery took ages and very inflexible when I wanted to return the item due to it being wrong size. Won't shop again.

I received 4 items. 2 out of the 4 items were damaged/defective. I asked for a refund and they will only offer 50%. They shirt and pants are not wearable. The shirt collar is inside out and will not even lay down enough to even try to repair it. The pants patches are not tacked down and when you put them on, they fold all in different directions. Seller says I can return items at my expense, which would basically leave me with no refund. See 1 pants photo and 2 shirt photos and 1 of what shirt is supposed to look like. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL!

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
Answer: I agree. Order one size they send the wrong size, and when you call them out on it, they lie and say the size they sent is correct it's just too big, as though I don't know my size! Especially when the other items same size do fit!
