Tried to return all items for refund but as I'd missed the cut off return date by 1 day, I was not allowed

Ordered two items, paid $15 delivery. Items were too small, so requested return and refund. Received a number of email replies, offering me a small percentage refund instead plus I could keep the items - but items are useless to me, too small to wear. Eventually I was given an address in USA to send the items too ( even though they were sent from China) and postage would cost me another $28.
Rather than waste more money, when the company refused to refund me $55, I accepted a partial refund And was eventually sent was $20. Won't be buying online again

The top was too tight in the breast area and too lose everywhere else.

I've never ordered off chic me before but I love the look of the clothes they do.
It's similar to shein so I found the site easy to navigate

I have asked to change the size on one of my items, as it is way too big, haven't had a response yet!

Never received the handcuff anklet and have tried to contact someone with no response. The clothing is not true to size and overall not happy with my my purchase.

The products took over a month to arrive. I bought it for a vacation and was not able to wear it. Also, I ordered about 6 products but was only able to fit two of them. They were too small. I ordered the same sizes I wear all the time.

The web page seems pretty easy to use. However the sizes are not accurate.

Love your clothes. Passing on to friends to buy as well.
