I have sent over 20 messages begging for refund and actual phone numb and they heartlessly disregard me as customer and clearly could care less

Disappointed that they would not give me a full refund. It doesn't seem right. If I had bought them in town or with other mail order company, there wouldn't have been a problem.
It is ok had a few issues with clothes sizes being to small even in the large or extra large sizes and clothes have also turned up damaged before a zip is broken on a pair of jeans i ordered and a Christmas Cardgain turned up ripped.
I wanted this jacket for time I fell in love with it when I saw it I looked everywhere it's out of stock so I'm really looking forward to getting my new jacket I hope it is true to size and it fits I've orderd a large size so heres hoping as I was going to order it in a size xl but its out of stick in that size.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
