My experience was good and the product was as expected. I only have one complaint and that is the shipping takes a little longer than expected.
Other than the long wait through the mail when you do get your purchases it's really good
I have been waiting for 2 months for my order and clearly lost in transit my order was over $200 and for a special event I had to go out and spend $$ to replace and I have begged for days for a refund and all I get is generic responses asking me to wait more time and have no use now for any of it nor expect it to ever arrive. I have sent over 20 messages begging for refund and actual phone numb and they heartlessly disregard me as customer and clearly could care less

Disappointed that they would not give me a full refund. It doesn't seem right. If I had bought them in town or with other mail order company, there wouldn't have been a problem.
It is ok had a few issues with clothes sizes being to small even in the large or extra large sizes and clothes have also turned up damaged before a zip is broken on a pair of jeans i ordered and a Christmas Cardgain turned up ripped.
I wanted this jacket for time I fell in love with it when I saw it I looked everywhere it's out of stock so I'm really looking forward to getting my new jacket I hope it is true to size and it fits I've orderd a large size so heres hoping as I was going to order it in a size xl but its out of stick in that size.
