Returning items isn't easy. No information was in the bag. Just thrown into a bag and shipped. Too complicated to get refund. Gave the items away instead.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
