Took longer than expected. Items not quality but ok

Was disappointed that it's not true to size- too small.
Love the construction. That's the problem—
Ordering lingerie from overseas. The sizes are meant for Asian figures. American/ European sizes are different!
It's a hassle to return so we end up keeping them.

The only thing that was a bit of a downer, was the time it took to get my orders to me.

It is to long/ big I need to send back for a refund. In the mean time I ordered and paid for a different size of the same item. It has been shipped already just waiting for it to arrive. Please let me know how I can sent back thank you

Everything looks good on advertising pictures until you get it. Some products surprise you, some products are in a very low quality

The prices are good, and it is easy to use the coupons as they are automatically added. However, the clothing sizes are not what I was expecting. I will have to exchange the clothing. Also, some of the fabric is not what I expected. I do think the outfits are cute, but I was thinking I could use some outfits for formal wear, and instead they were transparent and thin.

My wife buys from this site. Never any issues. Good trustworthy company. Will continue to use

Good enough Delivery could have been quicker than.

It took way too long for my items to arrive and the follow up on tracking is just plan horrible.

I felt like i had a very sad disappointing experience after i recieved the dresses.
Firstly, i was unable to return due to lack of information then before any return stamp or anything, i was asked to provide my bust, hip and waist size to determin if the items can be returned.
IT WAS A STRESSFUL PROCESS. NOW RETURNED I STILL HAVEN'T RECIEVED MY FIRST MONEY INSTALLMENT!

The colors are on spot. Bright red & hot pink.
The material is very thin rayon type. I guess you get what you pay for. Slightly disappointed
