Hice mi pedido claro con su respectivo cobro, al momento que llega mi paquete después de mas de un mes realizada la compra llega incompleto, de 9 piezas que compre solo me llega una y una sudadera de un pans que compre, ya envíe evidencia de como llego la bolsa (cerrada, bolsa grande, solo con dos piezas pequeñas se puede ver en la foto) y me comentan por whatsapp que fue enviado todo mi pedidos cuando en la foto no se ve asi, será que ese es el compromiso de la empresa en donde realice mi compra?
My order took forever to arrive and when it did, items were not as pictured and nowhere close to the size that I ordered. My order was not returnable because it was considered "intimate" garments, so now I am stuck with items that don't fit and don't look anything like what the model was wearing. A total waste of nearly $60 for me, so use caution when purchasing.
Ordered a dress which was beautiful just like picture so then ordered a jacket which is lovely too great value for money will definitely order more.

I requested an early delivery and it was delivered on time. Lovely fabric. Clours vibrant. Great quality for the price. Inexpensive.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
