When my order arrived, I encountered a few complications. Firstly, the items did not fit properly and the overall quality was unsatisfactory. However, I was able to successfully return the items and obtain a refund after contacting the customer service team. I must admit that I was disappointed with the initial interaction, as I felt pressured to keep the item despite alternative options such a discount being offered. My main concern was the quality of the clothes themselves, rather than seeking a different purchasing option. I believe it is important for customers to have a convenient and straightforward process, as many retailers offer.

The item was nowhere near the size 10 ordered. Sent a message saying so and have never heard a thing. Will not be using the site again. Wasted my money!

Hice mi pedido claro con su respectivo cobro, al momento que llega mi paquete después de mas de un mes realizada la compra llega incompleto, de 9 piezas que compre solo me llega una y una sudadera de un pans que compre, ya envíe evidencia de como llego la bolsa (cerrada, bolsa grande, solo con dos piezas pequeñas se puede ver en la foto) y me comentan por whatsapp que fue enviado todo mi pedidos cuando en la foto no se ve asi, será que ese es el compromiso de la empresa en donde realice mi compra?

My order took forever to arrive and when it did, items were not as pictured and nowhere close to the size that I ordered. My order was not returnable because it was considered "intimate" garments, so now I am stuck with items that don't fit and don't look anything like what the model was wearing. A total waste of nearly $60 for me, so use caution when purchasing.

Ordered a dress which was beautiful just like picture so then ordered a jacket which is lovely too great value for money will definitely order more.

Took money for items that weren't in stock despite still advertising these items on a daily basis no update given until I enquired about items then told they were high demand and I could wait for them to come back in pick something else or wait for refund

I ordered 2 items over 10 weeks before the date i needed them for. They stayed in warehouse for first 6 weeks. No communication as to when they would be sent. Now i had an email to say it was delivered but when i contact *******@chicme.com they tell me its still in china.

I requested an early delivery and it was delivered on time. Lovely fabric. Clours vibrant. Great quality for the price. Inexpensive.

It was fine and enjoyed looking at all the clothes

So far my experience has not been that good because of my first order that I did not receive, I received my second order in good time but don't know if I'll ever get my first order
