I purchased four items, thinking like most online stores do, you can return what doesn't fit or you don't like. I waited 3 weeks for my order to arrive, opened the packages and was disappointed by the fabrics and quality of every piece. I initiated a return immediately and was forced to interact with a delayed response email system the whole time. They told me first that they could offer me a 10% refund... but I was asking to return the items for a full refund, according to their refund policy. We went back and forth like this for three days when they finally told me that it's just too expensive to ship back a return and that they will give me a 40% refund and I can keep the items. I am furious that they cannot honor their written return policy. Never again will I be tricked into scrolling through pictures of these cheap clothes and going through the hassle of a return.

My experience was pleasant. I wasn't bombarded with " you left these in your cart" I was able to take a good week to make up my mind without hassle. The clothes are very cute. The only reason its not 5 stars, is because I wish they would use some other fabrics. I get that polyester is cheap and warm, but it sometimes causes me to break out, so I cant always wear it. :( As I'm sure it's not just me out there with this problem.
It just takes too long to get processed and shipped but other than that I'll definitely shop here again.
Love chicme stuff for cheap, cute lingerie that is inexpensive enough thst I don't cre if it gets ruined. The underwire bras are the only place where their products really fail me. Lesson learned.
