Not easy at all! Very disappointing that they are just like all other companies that deals with product from China. Makes you keep the items no offer in exchanges or full refund and will only offer % towards more items you can't get the correct sizing because it's off and leaves you with your money and time wasted. Just make sure you are prepared to be disappointed when you can't get what you ordered! I hate to say this about a company but they really didn't make this first time experience easy for me. They make Wish look good!

Pants weren't as pictured. The pants I received were much darker than the ones pictured on the ChicMe website. Kept the pants anyway because they were still cute and still went well with my daughter's outfit.
