Shipping took longer then expected but products were good ordered as birthday gifts came two weeks late. But no issues otherwise.

When I finally received my order, I like what I was sent. It took a long time and the online support was not working, it took a lot of effort to get a response. But when they finally responded I received my order in a fairly short time.

I am absolutely in love with these Chic shoes. I've gotten many compliments. Not only are they cute, but they are so cozy and comfortable.

Customer service has continued to fail me as a recent customer. I have now paid extra for shipping… I couldn't sell that garbage sweater to save my life. Now the agents that have taken two days to reply back, have changed their requirements to get my refund processed.

Happy customer besides the pink skull shirt. The material looks very different in picture and the sleeves looked fitted when in reality the material is a silky material and extremely baggy open sleeve so I wasn't a fan of the fit of the sleeve or the material. The other shirt was very cute and fit just like picture.

The material is very thin, the photo looks like it's thicker and softer, and the wings are very yellow gold not light like in the photo. The fit was perfect, the wings make a crinkle noise when you move around lol
