Could have been best if upon payment we let know of custom fee. When collecting from post office is SA we get charged extra fee called custom which to me seems like hidden cost.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
