If I could give a lower number I would. My package was delivered to the wrong address and when I told them I didn't receive it they claimed it was an error on my end which it wasn't. Of course you can't speak with anyone and the correspondence was so cut and dry. They never tried to offer a resolution they pretty much TOOK MY MONEY.

Super Inconvenience to return. Has to be mailed and shipping paid for. My time is more valuable. Upgrade to prepaid return label ans easy return drop off. Items are poor quality, not made well and they didnt even send the color shoes I ordered but a different color.
