Great shipping time and tracking worked fine. Although I have received a few items that didn't fit or live up to my experience, I feel that ChicMe is a serious company that I will buy from again later.

Now I realize a Chinese large is an American Extra Small. Now nowbody will answer me about how I can return these items.

It took a month to get the product. I needed a refund because it didn't fit. It took 3 days before I was the return address, after being asked to receive a percentage of a refund back. I paid 100% compensation for the product and that's what I expect in return.

I bought items that were too small. 5 items came in about three weeks- the last item, longer. When I received items, I contacted company to let them know I wanted to return. ( they say you have 2,weeks to return, so I wanted to get items back in tiimely fashion. I was told to contact again when last item arrived. I did. Told that would give me 15% back on items and I can keep them. I didn't want to keep items because they were too small. (Company suggested I give as gifts now I'm stuck with $117.00 worth of items I can't used as though I followed their instructions for returns.

Quality of the clothing is very nice and better than I expected.

This is the worst experience I've ever had, and the lesson I've learned is everything that they say is a lie. Ordered and paid my money October 12,2022 and as of Nov. 18th 2022 I still dnt know nothing about my package or money. They keep emailing me saying wait a few more days. They said it's been in the state I live in since November 3, it's the 18th I still haven't received nothing. At this point all I want is my money!
