Along with the horrible quality and fit, it is impossible to get a straight answer as to how to return item for refund. Hopefully, the will try to do better with customer service and issue a refund, but I suspect they make it difficult on purpose as I can't imagine anyone wanting to keep anything from this company.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
Answer: I agree. Order one size they send the wrong size, and when you call them out on it, they lie and say the size they sent is correct it's just too big, as though I don't know my size! Especially when the other items same size do fit!
