Won't wear any of them. Dress was not what was advertised and the top was too small.
My order was late, not on time for the wedding I wanted the dress for and the items were not what I expected/desired. When I wanted to return I had to email to find out how to return as this information was not readily available online.
The team offered me 10% to keep products, again not giving me the return information. This emailing went back and forth for over a week with me settling for a partial refund even though I didn't intend on keeping any items but it seemed like quite a hassle to actually send the items back. Once agreed the partial refund was applied to my account quickly which was good. The people on this email thread (#*******) were polite and professional.
I used the size chart to pick my sizes and I had to give away the clothes to tiny people.

ChicMe makes it very difficult fo get a refund or return an item. You are required to answer a series of questions that are interrogating and via a support chat line, which takes forever! If the items are in perfect condition and never have been used, there is no offer of reply paid return tags. I"m beginning to see that tis covers themselves from high volume of returns because I"ve noticed most of their clothes are completely different on the amazing models with enhanced proportions, and then look awfull when bought and on real shaped women. Very dissapointed, will not be purchasing from ChicMe again.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
