I placed an order in November, knowing that shipping would take a really long time. I was provided tracking information that was incorrect and made no sense. After over a month, I reached out to customer service, they informed me the package had been delivered. I sent them all the tracking information that they provided me with, that said it was not delivered. They pretty much told me that it was USPS that was at fault and to contact them. The customer service was terrible, unhelpful, and clearly did not care that I paid for several items and never received them. They get 1 star only because if you're lucky enough to receive your order, it's cute stuff.

Fairly good experience. When items are purchased, an estimated delivery date would be helpful

While my order was late in arriving, customer service did reach out to let me know and to again to follow up to make sure I received my order. That's good service!

He comprado 2 veces, 3 prendas en total. Una me gustó mucho, otra no me gustó, y otra regular. Pero no sabía que las devoluciones no eran gratuitas si no te gustaba la prenda o quieres otra talla. Si lo llego a saber antes no hubiera comprado. Por este mismo motivo, no volveré a comprar. Por lo demas, está todo bien, pero comprando por inet es imprescindible que las devoluciones sean gratuitas como en otras paginas similares como Shein, por ejemplo.

Although the clothes are very affordable. Unfortunately, most designs are not made to fit US STANDARD women sizes of 12-14.

As long as I don't get a million scammers trying to get me to pay more for shipping. Took over a month & putting up with 2-3 daily emails requesting more money. Too bad because the clothes are nice.

Not too big, not too small. The Ruby colour was just right.

Clothes are cute, run small, order size up, but overall the clothes are cute

The clothes are made cheaper than I hoped, but not surprising because the prices are so low.
