I have purchased multiple items from you... I love the merchandise and mostly great prices HOWEVER your shipping / processing time is AWFUL! I won't be shopping here in the future... 2 1/2 months to get an order is horrible! Have purchased in the past NEVER had a issue!

My item was being returned due to an invalid address. When I contacted CS, I did not receive much help until after the item was delivered.

Items ordered arrived in good time. Items were just okay. Stylish designs, but fabrics a little thin. Was not happy with one item and another ran smaller than usual. Exchange process is underway, but not happy with having to pay return shipping for item I consider defective in design. Chicme would not approve giving partial credit on return shipping. Disappointed about that. Will think twice before ordering again.
