Item didn't fit properly. Company refused return and offered a 10 % compensation. This is completely unsatisfactory. I will NEVER order again.

I buy fro here all the time. I was disappointed with the boots. I ordered 2 pair and they are to small. I ordered a half size bigger and they are too small. But the other items are so good

Nicely laid out website and stylish clothing but the sizes for EU customers do not match well.

Everything that I have received thus far, has been true to size. It is helpful receiving the emails as to when items are shipped as well as follow up emails to ensure that I have received the products.

Everyone loved the outfit. The blouse snugs to your figure, but the pants fits true to size. Just wish the blouse was a little bigger, but I got big bust so understandable

Hi - I have tried to communicate through your website about returning items and have not had a response.
After you responded to my bad review, I emailed the support email that you advised, This was 4 days ago and I have yet to get a response to that.

The shoes stated black but they are black and purple.

I got the stuff I ordered pretty quickly and they look like the pictures.sizes are good based on the measuring chart, and even though they are not the best quality, they're ok. The chain lingerie came a little bit damaged (from transportation I assume) but not critical. All in all, I'm satisfied.

Won't be ordering again very disappointed.nothing like the pictures they looked cheap and nasty I've bought these for Christmas presents and paid 30 pound each for them and they are awful I've now got to buy something else they look like cheap pyjamas.
