Placed order for outfit for my 40th themed birthday party and order took over a month to be delivered and was delivered past the date that I needed the order for. I placed the order a month prior to when I needed it. Not happy with how long this took.

Chicme has been the type of online shopping that is a hit or miss you never know experience for me. It's not been so bad that I wouldn't shop with them again. But, it's not been so great that they would be my favorite go to site for shopping either. I think most of the items are nice looking you just never know if that is what you will actually get. The sizing is also not a guarantee, and the time it takes to receive your order seems a bit long bur not too long. I will continue to shop for other item's and see how thing's may or may not improve.
Takes way too long to ship. I don't know if i wasn't raising concerns with custom support about my order if they would've told me about the one item that was out of stock causing the delay. I reached out after waiting. 3weeks and the 3rd support rep finally told me it was because one item was out of stock. It takes exactly 24hours for support to respond. I still haven't gotten my order yet and it's been over a month. They say still 10-13 more days and if i cancel i only get 90% of my refund back
I can't review about clothing yet because i haven't gotten them so i hope they fit because it looks like you have to pay for shipping of return items as well
Well i just found out they canceled before i confirmed if i was ok losing money after being inconvenienced of my time

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
