The delivery let then down.
Item was despatched by the supplier, but I had to chase several times.
Evri left it in a bin, and failed to put a card through. The porch was open for delivery, so why they chose a bin I don't know

The order was sent quickly and the shirt and dress felt great, material wise. I would order a size up next time, because the fit was a little snug, but other that that, it was great.

The black-and-white skinny pants that I bought the zipper broke the 1st day I wore them, and the other outfit the high waisted outfit set the top doesn't fit, it's too small and the bottoms are too big, I can't contact anyone about returning them. There's no option to talk to a live person

Even though website says it ships out within 3-5 business days, be careful. If you're needing this outfit soon, don't order. It comes from china. I ordered on November 10th and got it December 12th. The tracking information they give you to track your package is a joke. It NEVER updates. I emailed company several times and got a generic automated email back. You could tell it was computer generated and not coming from a real person. When I did get the outfit, it was perfect.

Very slow delivery but it arrived, product is nice looking but not as good as the picture
