Really long wait for package, I've missed Christmas and pre Christmas parties.
When they arrived noticed poor quality of materials even though design matches the pictures, it does not look the same on me.

I took a chance when I ordered for the first time, no one around me had heart about Chic me, I saw an ad on Facebook and opened it.

Waited a long time for delivery. I understand it's the holiday season but order on Dec 2 and didn't receive until Jan 6. Thought I would have in time for Xmas. Will have to wait until next year. Have a jump start on my Xmas shopping for 2023

I only liked a couple of items, and the process of paying express and receiving it within a month was a little too long. The customer service to keep me posted as to when it would be arriving if guys did a great job and keeping me informed.

Bit hard to follow took 3 times and didn't know how to change currency

I ordered an item was sent the wrong size and they told me they didn't carry the item any more and could only offer me a 10% refund and I keep the item. When I asked for a full refund they stopped responding to me and didn't follow up untill their 14 day window closed and told me they couldn't do anything. Terrible company, terrible customer service, terrible experience save yourself time and aggravation and don't buy from here
