All the products were very nice but shipping arrival was supposed to be well before Christmas and was not received until New Years.
Easy to use website. Orders took a couple of weeks. But fit as expected.

Oder Purchased over 42 Days Ago, I just Received It. The shipping took too long. I placed an order and it took 6 weeks to arrive. I was supposed to use that clothes for Christmas day and I couldn't use it, I had to buy something else. The order was supposed to arrive on December 13, it arrived on 1/4/23. I no longer want that clothes anymore and I'm asking for a refund of my money because I no longer need it, I haven't been able to talk to costumer service, they only allow to email them, and they said if I return the items I have to pay the shipping even thought they were the one who were late.
My dress came damaged and not in good order so i have requested to Cecilie that i wanted a return label to send the dress BACK so that i can order something else. (IT IS A PROBLEM) I ALSO, mention to have a manager or supervisor to take a look at my photos that i sent to her and should she have a issue with sending the label to have them to look at my request.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
