Placed an order on December 2, sent inquiry two weeks later and several after that as I wanted the outfit for NYE. I asked multiple times for a refund and was refused a refund, told to wait on shipment, even given USPS tracking number, by the way, that still doesn't work. To this day, I have emailed, being told my order is awaiting pick up to be shipped to the US. What? I don't need the outfit. Asked them to cancel the order since it is still there in China and they still refuse to cancel the order and will not refund my money. If I refused to pay them, they would be suing me. But they want me to accept the fact they refuse to give me my money back. This company is AWFUL and I definitively don't want nor need the clothes now. I spent over $100 with this fraudulent company.

This took far too long to come when I tracked the product it sat for well over two weeks waiting to be picked so I emailed to cancel product, was told out of stock so asked for my money back this was ignored and then received an email to say it had been shipped not happy with product as does not look like photo of top and quality not good
This looks and fits nothing like the picture! Requested a refund which is like pulling teeth with chic. They are refusing to give me 100% of my money back. Order with Shein or Rainbow instead as their refund policy is much more easier, quicker and friendlier.
It took to long to get but I understand that it was coming from China. I was just disappointed at the merchandise one I did receive it. Had I been extremely happy with my purchase the wait would not have been an issue.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
