I ordered on four dresses on 12/8. It is 1/12 and I still have no dresses. The tracking stats a lable has been created but not shipped. It shows that the dresses are still in transit. When I inquire they say be paiteint. I needed the dress for an event that the shipping failed to meet. I had to purchases other dresses from a different source. Chicme has failed to met shipping deadlines as outlined. They didnt even begin the shipping process till 12/17 after I inquired and complained.

12-28-2022 RATING = MINUS ZERO. CHICME - Do NOT buy from this company! HORRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES. The items they finally send you after 2 months of waiting will arrive not as described. If they do not fit properly you will not be automatically able to return them for refund. Instead customers must contact them via chat and be told each time to 'donate' the items instead of getting proper refund. Finally after endless attempts to get their actual return address they will at some point 'allow' customers to return the items AT THE CUSTOMER EXPENSE. Do not expect ChicMe to return the money customer paid whether returning items or not. They have NO intention to ever return your money. To make sure customers do NOT get too irate about their losses, they will DELETE YOUR ChicMe account so that you cannot correspond with them. It's now 2023 and ChicMe continues to avoid giving me my refund even though I sent back all the items to address below. ChicMe has commited THEFT and misrepresents itself by claiming they return the customers money.

Delivery and return exoerience faultless. The design of the Chrustmas jumoers was great. I just couldn't cope with the material which was thick and clingy.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
