I know it was shipped from China, however that was not the problem. I placed the order on November 25th. It arrived at JFK airport on December 21st and according to their order tracking it was delivered to the local courier.
It did not show up in the US Postal service until January 10th and was finally delivered on January 13th.
I tried contacting ChicMe multiple times to try and find out where the package was after they said it was taken to the local courier. I did not receive any answer to that question, other than it was shipped from China

Long wait / not exact sizing for some items. Previously ordered over 5 sweat suits in size 3X, too small. Because of that, I went up a size on this order and now these items are too big on me.

Ordered a t-shirt beginning of December. Received notification from the post office they couldn't deliver unless I paid additional $6 in shipping. I declined and the post office returned the package. Customer service straight up lied and gave me the run around for a month before giving me an $8 refund out of the almost $20 I spent because they don't refund shipping or shipping insurance. What an absolute SCAM!

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
