The time it took to receive my merchandise was extremely long over 30+ days. I understand that the weather may have played a part in it but that's a long time to wait. I do appreciate the seller's concern and updates about the delay,but should state to future buyers that delays are possible where weather concerns are an issue.
I asked for a refund and got numerous attempts of only giving me partial return on my order. I never did receive the amount I requested for a refund. Then you wanted me to pay to return the goods to you. This is the worst customer serivce I have ever received by an online retailer.

Very long shipping and now a refund is needed because of the poor quality or did not fit as intended. Now I am having a hard time trying to return and get a refund.
