When I place an order on December 13 for Christmas, and you announce a delivery between December 21 and 23, and finally the goods arrive 2 weeks later, it is easy to apologize and say that you are not responsible for the transport. I am very disappointed with my experience with you. Practice should teach you to put the real delivery times.

Would never order from them again the material was crappy didn't receive all of my items and the ones I did is damaged it takes too long for customer service to answer back and bad return policy
It took an extremely long time to get to me but when I received them, I was thoroughly impressed.

The time it took to receive my merchandise was extremely long over 30+ days. I understand that the weather may have played a part in it but that's a long time to wait. I do appreciate the seller's concern and updates about the delay,but should state to future buyers that delays are possible where weather concerns are an issue.
I asked for a refund and got numerous attempts of only giving me partial return on my order. I never did receive the amount I requested for a refund. Then you wanted me to pay to return the goods to you. This is the worst customer serivce I have ever received by an online retailer.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
