I put my order in on December 14,2022 you put the transaction om my visa the same day, NOT the day it shipped out. I finally got it January 17,2023. The quality and sizing of the clothing was terrible. I will NEVER order from CHICME AGAIN.

Delivery times not respected

When I place an order on December 13 for Christmas, and you announce a delivery between December 21 and 23, and finally the goods arrive 2 weeks later, it is easy to apologize and say that you are not responsible for the transport. I am very disappointed with my experience with you. Practice should teach you to put the real delivery times.
Your goods are of good quality and cheap, but your delivery time is too long and you are not honest about it.
How can you satisfy customers ordering Christmas items when the goods arrive 2 weeks after Christmas?

The time it took to receive my merchandise was extremely long over 30+ days. I understand that the weather may have played a part in it but that's a long time to wait. I do appreciate the seller's concern and updates about the delay,but should state to future buyers that delays are possible where weather concerns are an issue.

Horrible customer service

I asked for a refund and got numerous attempts of only giving me partial return on my order. I never did receive the amount I requested for a refund. Then you wanted me to pay to return the goods to you. This is the worst customer serivce I have ever received by an online retailer.
