The item is very nice. However it took forever to arrive and it is impossible to get in touch with customer service

It took a long time to come but the clothes was what I expected

Some products were not as they appeared, were made with uncomfortable material and could have benefitted from a bit more shape. Two of my items patterns came off in the first washing. All my items were a little off but they were in one piece and i'll find a way to wear them.

Too small need to return for a larger size please tell me how to return.i like the item but need a x larger

Shipping took a little long but im really big on quality! And the quality was surprisingly very good for what you're paying.

When I got the package, the blouse material was very shiny and cheap looking, not something I would ever wear. I contacted the site to return it (not a full order return), they kept on stalling with here is 10% refund, keep the item then here is 15% refund... until we finally got to 30% and I said ok just to get some of my money back. Then I was promptly told the return period is closed and they cannot help me. Do not spend your money unless you like super cheap fabric and are sure to keep the items for good. Customer service is a scam.

Now I have recieved the last 2 orders I have found some don`t fit or unsuitable

The material of the outfit was a bit thin.
The delivery and shopping experience was fine.

Bad items took a month to get it came while I was on my trip it was supposed to be with me

The products is very nice. The problem is I ordered it over 3 months ago before my products arrived

Not good quality, very thin and does not fit well. I shop at ChicMe often and this is the first time I was disappointed

Ordered in December. SAid delivered on Jan 27. Was not. Don't buy from them. They are difficult to deal with

When choosing standard shipping I didn't know when to expect the package. It took so long to show up I forgot it was ordered.
