BAD! Never had a problem with any of my orders from ChicMe, I was very unhappy with this order. I order my sweater Dec 6,2022 and just received it Jan. 24,2023. Needed this sweater for a special event and had to cancel the event so I was very, very upset about not receiving my sweater.

I purchased a dress it arrived on Saturday night sometime. Sunday morning opened the package it has a long thick string hanging out of the neck part and didn't fit. Reached out to Chic me. And they said I couldn't return the item. But on the web site they clearly said within 14 days full refund.

I've ordered a few times from Chicme and the goods are generally good and come reasonably quickly. Obviously it's the prices that attract us. And the goods are mostly very good.
